A 21-year old man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident on Ramage Road. According to reports, the man was struck and then dragged by the vehicle. he suffered multiple injuries, including a head injury and abrasions all over his body. The driver of the vehicle, believed to be an SUV, is being sought by police.
