Two men were injured in a car accident on I-80 in Mercer County yesterday. Reports indicate that the driver of the vehicle attempted to pass another vehicle in the left lane of I-80 but the lane was already occupied by another vehicle. The man attempted to avoid a collision with that vehicle and lost control of his car, causing it to leave the road and roll over. The driver and passenger of the car were both injured.
Caution must be exercised when passing and the failure to yield to other vehicles lawfully in another lane will render the driver of the passing vehicle liable for all damages caused by the accident, including injuries sustained by a passenger in their car. Beaver County personal injury attorney.
